Late fall crispness with mid afternoon glare. After an extended flat spell in October while trying to retain any bit warmth in November, a desperado boat trip to an outer island sand bar. No waves were breaking at first so we sat on the beach and waited for the tide to drop. Here on one of the better waves of the day as the swells finally got a chance to show itself on the outgoing tide, a prone ride in perfect trim best exemplified the spirit of the day.
